so i watched ponies in japanese this evening and i did a thing………..

apparently dojima and big mac share a voice actor so of course this is to be expected from me. now that it’s out of my system, back to commissions…….

Got some of the sketches for my next commissions done, so I gave myself a bit of time to sketch out an idea I had. I only just saw the leaked images from the next issue of the MLP comic, and I instantly fell in love with Nightmare Rarity’s design. I HAD to draw her. …and then I HAD to make it a crossover as well. Eheheh.

So here are both my rough sketches, the only difference is that the top one has blocked in color so it’s easier to tell where things are and what overlaps what. The colors in no way reflect what colors I’ll use when I hopefully go back to finish this after I get some more commissions done.

And if anyone was wondering if I could draw anthropomorphic ponies, here’s your answer~

A group of OC ponies that me and a group of my friends designed. We’re basically calling them the CMC branch of Neighpon, haha.

From left to right we have Kuni, Mayu, and Chouko. Chouko is the offspring of a unicorn mother and a pegasus father, Mayu is the offspring of an earth pony mother and a unicorn father, and Kuni…well, Kuni’s adopted and has two earth pony fathers. Kuni is mainly me and Hana’s doing— he’s the oldest of the group and their energetic leader.

Pinkie Pie’s VA for the Japanese dub sings the opening theme which is catchy as hell even though it has nothing to do with ponies
